Wing Seng Company was founded in 1935 by Mr Wee Teng Chuan, who started the business in paper products, account books and stationery retailing.  In 1974, the company was handed to the son, Mr Wee Kew Sing upon the demise of Mr Wee Teng Chuan.  As Malaysia growth and Kuala Lumpur gradually transformed into a commercial district, the Company started to cater the demand of office supplies and wholesale business.  In 1997, Winsin Trading Sdn Bhd was incorporated to take over the operation of Wing Seng Company, with Mr Wee Kew Sing as the major shareholder.

Today, Winsin carries over 5,000 types of stationery, paper products and office supply.  This include international and local brand name such as 3M, Canon, Pentel, Pilot, MAX, Faber-Castel, Staedtler, Pelikan, Artline, ABBA, CBE and others.
